How Does a Session Work?

2. Entering the cryosauna (1 minute)

You will enter the cryosauna with appropriate protection (gloves, socks). Your head remains outside the chamber for your comfort.

3. Cold exposure (1-3 minutes)

The temperature gradually drops to -140°C as you are exposed to extreme cold. You can leave at any time if you wish.

4. Exit and recovery (5 minutes)

You leave the cryosauna and our team checks on your wellbeing. You can continue with your day as normal.
