1. Gym and training
The training area is designed both for day visits and for guests on an experience with accommodation. Depending on the package, product pages mention:
- gym access (e.g. a daily slot on sport / get-fit experiences; broader access on recovery lines);
- guided training on some experiences.

2. Physiotherapy and professional recovery
Kenkatsu’s Physiotherapy Recovery line is aimed at guests who need structured load, rest and professional support, with a room, gym and recovery services as described on the product sheet. See also the centre’s physiotherapy page.
There are also external services (no accommodation) for people who live nearby and want physio or recovery sessions. In both cases: subject to availability and prior booking.
3. Recovery / biohacking tech
The website highlights advanced recovery tools, including:
