1. Scope
These terms govern bookings of stays and experiences made through Kenkatsu Benidorm’s booking engine and direct channels. By confirming a reservation, the guest accepts these terms and the payment/cancellation policy applicable to their rate.
2. Product
Kenkatsu sells experiences with accommodation (and, where applicable, non-accommodation services provided at the centre). Rooms are not sold on a stand-alone basis without an associated experience or package, unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Prices and taxes
Displayed prices include VAT or other applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Sports, wellness and treatment services are subject to availability and, where required, prior appointment.
4. Payment (individuals / individual experiences)
- 30% of the total amount is charged at the time of booking (card required).
- The remaining 70% is charged on the arrival date (property local time).
- Non-refundable policy: cancellation or no-show means loss of amounts paid or due under the policy linked to the rate.
5. Payment (groups)
- 50% of the total amount is charged at booking.
- The balance is charged on the arrival date.
- Non-refundable policy, unless a different written agreement applies to a specific B2B contract.
6. Minimum stay and occupancy
Usual minimum stay for experiences: 2 nights. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults (except experiences with individual occupancy stated, e.g. Physiotherapy Recovery: 1 person). Minors are not admitted unless prior written authorisation is given by the property.
7. Modifications
Any change of dates, room type or services is subject to availability and may involve a price adjustment. Modifications do not entitle the guest to a refund of the deposit already paid.
8. Supplements and special dates
Supplements may apply on specific dates (e.g. New Year’s Eve 31/12: €120 per person).
9. Services and treatments
Services included in each experience are set out in the rate description. Optional services are booked separately. Kenkatsu may adjust schedules or the assigned professional for operational reasons, providing an equivalent service whenever possible.
10. Check-in / check-out
Check-in from 14:00. Check-out by 12:00. Arrivals outside these hours: please notify us in advance.
11. Liability and use of facilities
Guests must follow the house rules for the gym, indoor common areas (Gym, Recovery Zone, etc.) and outdoor areas (Parking, Pool area, etc.). Kenkatsu is not responsible for items not stored in the in-room safe. Use of treatments (hypoxia, cryotherapy, oxygen therapy, etc.) may require prior assessment and disclosure of contraindications by the guest.
12. Force majeure
In the event of force majeure or inability to provide the service, Kenkatsu may offer an equivalent alternative or a refund of unused amounts, as appropriate.
13. Data protection
Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the website. For stays, data may be shared with authorities when required by law (e.g. traveller registration).
14. Governing law
Spanish law applies as currently in force.
